This site was born out of grief — grief for what’s happening in America, and for how far so many have strayed from the teachings of Christ while still claiming His name.

But lately, I’ve watched in horror as those same teachings are ignored, twisted, or weaponized. I’ve seen politicians praised like idols, cruelty defended from the pulpit, and truth replaced with conspiracy. Most painful of all, I’ve seen it done by people who claim to follow Christ.
That’s where the name comes from — The Golden Calf of Mar-a-Lago. Just as the Israelites once built an idol to worship while Moses was on the mountain, I believe many Americans — especially self-professed Christians — are doing the same today. Only now, the idol is not gold. It’s a man. A movement. A lie.
I want to show how Trumpism, and the movement surrounding it, echoes the very warnings scripture gives us about false prophets, wolves in sheep’s clothing, and the spirit of antichrist. I want to speak to fellow Christians — not with anger, but with love — and ask: Are we really following Jesus? Or are we following something else entirely?
I don’t claim to have all the answers. I’m not a pastor, a politician, or a prophet. Just a believer who can’t stay silent anymore.
